Clementoni declares that Let’s Dance is compliant with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule).
Does Clementoni through the app collect data?
In order to use Let’s Dance app, Clementoni does not require you to provide - and Clementoni does not collect - neither personal data (personally identifiable information, i.e. information that allows to identify a user as an individual) nor impersonal data (information which doesn’t allow to identify a user as an individual).
Do third parties through the app collect data?
Third parties through Let’s Dance app don't collect any data.

Changes to this privacy policy
Clementoni reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any given time, duly informing the Users.
In-app purchases.
Some Clementoni Apps allow the user to purchase extra contents directly from inside the App (e.g. unlock extra game levels, bonus contents, and the like). Such in-app purchases are made through Google Play or Apple store. In order to prevent involuntary purchases, before making any in-app purchase the user will always be asked to provide his Google or Apple ID and password. These data, and any personal data related to the Google or Apple account, arecollected respectively by Google and Apple, and are governed by their own privacy policy.
Clementoni does not collect any payment data (such as the number of the credit card, the billing name and address, the secret code, and the like). Such payment data are provided by the user while creating an account on Google Play Store or Apple ITunes App Store, and are collected and processed by the third parties providing the payment services (e.g. credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Clementoni is not responsible for the collection, processing and/or disclosure of personal data by third parties, such as Google or Apple, or any providers of payment services. We advise our users to read carefully the privacy policy of Google or Apple before providing the personal data required by those services for making in-app purchases. Um die "Let's Dance" app zu nutzen, verlangt Clementoni nicht, dass Sie persönliche Daten (personenbezogene Daten, d.h. In-App-Käufe.
Einige Clementoni-Apps ermöglichen es dem Nutzer, zusätzliche Inhalte direkt aus der App heraus zu kaufen (z. B. zusätzliche Spielstufen freizuschalten, Bonusinhalte und dergleichen). Solche In-App-Käufe werden über Google Play oder den Apple Store getätigt. Um ungewollte Käufe zu verhindern, wird der Nutzer vor jedem In-App-Kauf immer aufgefordert, seine Google- oder Apple-ID und sein Passwort anzugeben. Diese Daten und alle persönlichen Daten, die mit dem Google- oder Apple-Konto verbunden sind, werden von Google bzw. Apple gesammelt und unterliegen deren eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinien.
Clementoni sammelt keine Zahlungsdaten (wie z.B. die Nummer der Kreditkarte, den Namen und die Adresse der Rechnung, den Geheimcode und ähnliches). Solche Zahlungsdaten werden vom Nutzer bei der Erstellung eines Kontos im Google Play Store oder Apple ITunes App Store angegeben und von den Dritten, die die Zahlungsdienste anbieten (z.B. Kreditkarte, PayPal, etc.), gesammelt und verarbeitet.
Clementoni ist nicht verantwortlich für die Sammlung, Verarbeitung und/oder Weitergabe von persönlichen Daten durch Dritte, wie Google oder Apple, oder durch Anbieter von Zahlungsdiensten. Wir empfehlen unseren Nutzern, die Datenschutzbestimmungen von Google oder Apple sorgfältig zu lesen, bevor sie die von diesen Diensten geforderten persönlichen Daten für In-App-Käufe angeben.
