Clementoni declares that Robomaker® is compliant with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule) and with Google’s Designed for Families Programme Requirements.

Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, this is to inform you of the following about the processing of your personal data.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is CLEMENTONI S.p.A., with registered office in Recanati, Zona Industriale Fontenoce, VAT number 00092380435, hereinafter referred to as "Clementoni" or "Controller".

Categories of processed data

The app collects the following personal data:

• Location data
• Images and videos
• Device ID

Purposes of the processing and legal basis for processing

• Location data are required to allow the functioning of Bluetooth technology, which is necessary for app usage. In particular, Robomaker® app collects location data to enable communication with the Robot, even when the app is closed or not in use.
• Images and videos are required to allow the functioning of app technology. The user can follow the robot’s path from his mobile device through a camera installed on it.
• Device ID is required to allow the functioning of app technology and to enable app analysis.

Data provision is mandatory for the use of the app. Data processing is based on the User’s consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter A of the GDPR), given for the above explained purpose. If consent is denied the app will not function properly.

Data retention time

Data are stored only on the User’s device and in no case they will be stored on Clementoni’s servers.

Data are retained for the time strictly needed to achieve the above mentioned purposes during app usage. In no case, data are retained after consent is withdrawn or after the app is uninstalled.

By uninstalling the app, all data will be automatically cancelled.

Data disclosure

Data will not be disclosed to third parties.
